I've started making digital paintings since buying my iPad Pro and Apple Pencil. As I start growing my catalog, I'll start separating them into real categories, but for meow I'll just group them all on the same page.
Title: Fairy
App: Procreate
Time: 3 hours
The first image I created with my tablet, this was based on a photo of a broken fairy statuette lying in the snow at my grandmother's house. I laid down a layer of black, then made liberal use of the Erase and Smudge tools.
Title: Siren
App: Procreate
Time: 17 hours, 42 minutes
A recreation of an old ballpoint pen on Catalina paper piece from my photo lab days, this is my interpretation of the siren from Greek mythology.
Title: "Mama?"
App: Procreate
Time: 3 hours, 53 minutes
This is another piece that's based on an old design of mine. It sort of (okay, definitely) follows my running theme of mythologies without being so blatantly influenced by Greco-Roman monsters or D&D.
Title: Contested Airspace
App: Procreate
Time: 16 hours, 31 minutes
This piece features my very first attempt at an Eastern Dragon. I originally sought to obscure the battle with cloud cover, but instead decided to incorporate the clouds into the fight.
Title: Mine!
App: Procreate
Time: 24 hours
A tiny dragon clutches its precious hoard of a single gold coin as the shopkeeper encourages an adventurer to spend both the coin and its occupant at another stall.
